PARTICULAR CONDITIONS OF THE PURCHASE OF THE TICKET PACK
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
First. The ticket pack consist on an entrance to the bullfight selected and the delivering o the ticket in Madrid city
Second. Will file the electronic document in which the order of purchase is formalised until a maximum term of forty eight hours (48) from the celebration of the bullfight bought
Third. Once the order is formalised, will facilitate you the possibility to print the order and will send yolu an e-mail confirmation to the address provide by you.
Fourth. Once the order is sent and the payment is done, will not accept any refund, even in the case of impossibility of attendance to the bullfight, including what it is ruled in provision sixth and seventh of these particular conditions.
Fifth . The deliveries of the tickets will be done to the address provided by you within the order form.
Sixth. Will inform you about the date and the hour of the match, at least eight days in advance through the web site www.bullfightticketsmadrid.com. However, you exempt of any responsibility for the cancellation, suspension, total and or partial, temporary and or permanently, change of dates or of schedule in the celebration of the bullfight object of the ticket.
Seventh. Equally, you exempt of any responsibility regarding the following conditions: visibility, comfort or weather conditions of the bullfight.
Eighth. The sale price of the ticket includes the expenses of delivery transport of the entrance when ever it is inside of the city of Madrid, in the rest of cases, it will be charged to you.
Ninth. The language of the recruiting will be the one you have chosen when you enter in the page www.bullfightticketsmadrid.com
Tenth. These particular conditions are jointly together to the general conditions of the web site www bullfightticketsmadrid.com.
Eleventh. The present contract is governed by the norms and Spanish legislation. In case of any doubt on the interpretation of the present contract the parts undergo the jurisdiction of the tribunals of the city of Madrid, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that could correspond to them.

Twelfth. in exceptional situations the road fo the ticket that you purchased could not be the same you have gotten. But in these cases bullfightticketsmadrid.com will give you a better road (closer to the bullring) than the one you purchased. For instance, if you purchased road 5, we´ll give you roads from 4 to 1. Anyway, in these exceptional cases and if you don't agree , bullfighttickets will refund the amount you that you've paid.
